The 2500 Carolina Bay is an extremely versatile centre console style bay boat, it is a family friendly day boat courtesy of the seating layout and creature comforts and a formidable fishing machine. The three fold down rear jump seats on the 2500 offer a comfortable ride for passengers while a big casting platform at the bow offers the perfect place to cast a line when you arrive at your chosen destination..
Up front the wrap around bow seating provides lounge room comfort and the huge fore deck, a safe casting platform. It provides an excellent vantage point and casting zone for lure and fly fishers.
This boat would be perfect for chasing bass or barramundi in our larger rivers and estuaries or top water favourites like kingies and salmon around the headlands.
There are a host of options to truly make the 2500 Carolina Bay your own from a tower and hard top with the choice to add a second station, a higher driving position up top, to your choice of leaning post with or without storage or live well.

About Tidewater Boats

One of the many advantages of owning a Tidewater is performance. Not only do they consider speed and economy on all their boats but also how comfortable, stable and dry they are. And they know that conditions can vary from day to day. The Carolina Flare diverts water away from the bow. Chines direct water down and out from the boat while several spray relief points eliminate water coming into the cockpit.
To achieve this, Tidewater boats are wider from chine to chine eliminating large bow rises. The chines are also reverse, creating downward pressure on the water and delivering a cushioned ride. Tidewater call it the dry Chine Ride or DCR.
The hull construction is an exclusive Corrugated Grid Stringer Vertebra design, or CGSV which is optimised for each different sized boat in the range. The hulls are also foam filled which reduces water noise and ensures a quiet ride.
